At IDPEG, we believe that evaluations are context specific, and should be culturally responsive. As a result, an important element in our consulting approach is identifying experts that are residents in the regions we work, as key personnel on assignments. As a result, IDPEG has initiated the LETA project, which is designed to develop a database of local consultants in countries in Africa, Asia, Latin American, the Caribbean, Europe and Eurasia, Middle East, and the United States. Through the project, these consultants are vetted, and are accessible to organizations that are searching for local experts to be included in evaluation teams.
